Description
The Alzheimer’s Association and Chesterfield Council on Aging will be partnering in recognition of National Family Caregivers Month for a free caregiver café. This is a free educational event. Registration encouraged but not required. Café will include: one-on-one conversations with experts on various topics related to the family caregiver experience, resources, vendors and refreshments.
