Description
The Feldenkrais Method® was developed by Moshe Feldenkrais. He was an Israeli physicist, athlete, author and educator. After teaching himself to walk again without pain, he began teaching others his unique method of relearning how to move. Feldenkrais lessons help individuals discover their innate ability to improve movement and overall sense of well-being. Lessons are gentle, will not create pain, and are done lying on the floor. Participants should dress in comfortable and warm, loose clothing and bring a mat or mats, and a hand towel to roll that will allow you to remain on the floor comfortably for 50 minutes to an hour. Instructed by Jane McAllister.
