Description
Burn calories and have fun doing it! This class is designed just to do that with a quick warm up, 25 minutes of work, 30 seconds on 15 seconds off, followed by a cool down and stretch to keep you motivated from start to finish. Open to all fitness levels. This activity is provided with the support and partnership of Sports Backers and Fit to Go. Classes are led by Sports Backers Fitness Warrior Rosalind.
