Traverse the paved and unpaved trails of Rockwood Park with a environmental educator and contribute to the citizen science project called the “Great Backyard Bird Count."
Each and every spotted species of bird will be counted and added to the eBird database. Finish the hike at the Rockwood Nature Center for light refreshments to celebrate the count. Bring your own binoculars and bird identification booklets- limited pairs of binoculars will be available for use. Comfortable shoes and layers are recommended.
