Join a county naturalist for a series of hikes that include both trail and off-trail (bushwhacking) exploration. At Rockwood, ramble along the orange trail, then leave the trail to look for skunk cabbage, to drop into the floodplain carved out by Falling Creek, and to find a second ice pit.
