Description
Meditation allows regulation of the mind and gives tremendous joy. This class structure will be 15 minutes of highlights from a book, 30 minutes of meditation practice and 15 minutes of light-hearted discussion. Instructed by Trupti Kulkarni.
Optional: Book, Spiritual Anatomy, offered by the instructor; fee is $15 payable to the instructor.
