Description
The pleasing and gentle moves in tai chi and qigong are very therapeutic, relaxing and energizing. Improve your balance, flexibility, stress reduction, autoimmune system and general sense of well-being. The Sun Style forms are based on Dr. Paul Lamb’s, Tai Chi for Arthritis and instructed by Jack Fuller who has over 20 years of experience teaching tai chi.Activity Family
