Experience benefits of yoga poses and postures while sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Breathing, balance, gentle stretching and guided relaxation can all be accomplished without having to get down on the floor and without removing shoes and socks.
If you would like to remove your shoes, you may do so but please bring your own mat to place under your feet.
