Description
Spend a day reconnecting and aligning with nature. Connect in the present moment with the beauty of summer all around us. Look closer at all that we see while contemplating our state of mind and awakening a new awareness of nature’s subtle changes. Creative moments of art journaling, sketching, and working with our hands will be introduced at a gentle pace, allowing for relaxation, enjoyment, and an opportunity to savor the experience.
