Description
Channel your inner Dallas Cowboys cheerleader and join us for a fun cheer dance cardio workout using pom poms! Whether you've cheered before or this is your first time, this fitness class is appropriate for all levels and ages in a fun and welcoming environment! Upbeat music, easy to follow dance routines and fitness led by our instructor will have you having a blast while getting fit!
