Description
This class teaches the beginning basics of kayaking by Instructor Judson Lang. How to choose a boat, what to take, and where to go. If you are looking for and outdoor exercise that provides a high energy workout with low impact on your joints, kayaking is a great option. It can increase your cardiovascular fitness and strengthen your core. Our wonderful northwest is full of diverse environments which can be explored from the seat of your kayak. Possibilities for exploring are endless!
