Whether you're playing late in the fourth quarter or running the last lap in a mile race, having good endurance can give you the competitive edge over your teammates and competition. Led by OLu Cross Country Coaches and team members, this clinic helps build athlete stamina by teaching the various types of aerobic runs that can be incorporated into a training plan. Practices occur on and off campus. Join us for as many Thursdays as you can! (We will take Halloween off.) This clinic is recommended to be paired with our Form/Technique, Mobility, and Agility clinic on Mondays.
