Description
This program gives the participants the opportunity to experience the benefits of Tai Chi, improve the balance, increase lung capacity and oxygen intake through focused breathing, strength building and relaxation in slow movements. This Introductory level course, allows participants to experience Tai Chi and its benefits without a monthly commitment. PRE REGISTRATION REQUIRED, DATE SPECIFIC
