Every culture has its own version of hand-held pies such as empanadas. These are wonderful creations that you can keep in your freezer for a quick meal when your schedule doesn't allow for cooking. Join us in the hands-on class where we will learn how to make different doughs, fillings, sauces and how to put it all together!Level of Instruction: All Levels
Skills Learned: Meal planning and culinary skills: how to read a recipe, measuring, mixing, and cooking methods.
