Description
Have you ever wanted to complete a triathlon but don’t know where to start or do you want to improve upon your existing times? Intro to Triathlon Training will help you achieve your individual goals. Athletes will meet with other like-minded participants three days per week for swim, bike and run workouts led by a USA Triathlon Certified coach. Athletes do not need any background in swimming, cycling or running; programs can be modified to accommodate varying ability levels. Bike and run workouts will be held outside, weather permitting. Weekly training dates will be Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. (Run), Friday at 5:30 p.m. (Bike) and Sunday at 3 p.m. (Swim).
