Join Carmen for this high-energy Zumba dance party that combines Latin and international music and dance moves to create a fun and energetic aerobic routine.
Dancers and non-dancers will love this amazing cardio workout designed to tone your body and increase endurance. This Zumba class is upbeat and social, with dance cues that make the moves easy to follow and learn.
If you're looking for a high energy workout this is the class for you! You'll burn calories and have a blast while doing it. Come after work and join the fun!
Your 10 class punch pass may be used during the month of purchase or any subsequent month. Drop-in for $10/class (Venmo or cash accepted).
Punch passes are available for purchase Monday-Thursday at the Centennial Park registration desk between noon-5 PM or at your class.
Punch passes may be purchased at the class or at the Centennial Park Registration desk Monday through Thursday from noon - 5 PM or at Carmen's class. The month listed in the class name refers to the month of purchase. Your pass may be used during that month and any subsequent month after purchase.
