Description
Challenge yourself and gain strength and endurance with this full body workout! You will use the equipment in the park as a guide, along with core and cardio, lower and upper body resistance training, and culminating with a with a stretch and cool down.This class is weather permitting. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, mat, towel and water bottle. Class will meet at CARLA TO CONFIRM
