Description
Weave ancient wisdom of Yoga therapy and Ayurveda. You will begin with pranayama and four directions of the spine then an active flow into standing practice. Strength, coordination and balance will be emphasized. Classes end with a self massage.
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and a blanket.
Class is in the Banquet Room at the Peachland Recreation Centre
