Elevate your game for next season with OHA- Penticton's Summer Training Program- an 8-week development program designed to prepare you to take the next step in your performance. TRAINING PACKAGE OPTIONS: Full Program = 33 off-ice + 19 on-ice sessions (including registration for our Pre-Season Camp, August 25th - 29th) Off-ice Program = 33 off-ice training sessions (including registration for our off-ice portion of our Pre-Season Camp (August 25th - 29th) 16 Session off-ice Program = 16 off-ice training sessions, that can be used anytime over the Program period (July 7th - August 21st) 16 session on/off-ice program = 16 off-ice training sessions, that can be used anytime over the Program period (July 7th - August 21st), AND access to all of our on-ice sessions (July 7th - August 21st) ON ICE SCHEDULE (all sessions at the Okanagan Hockey training Centre): Weeks 1 - 7 Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Dates: July 22nd, 24th, 29th, 31st, August 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 18th, 19th, 20th & 21st Week 8 (Pre-Season Camp Included in Full Program) Time: 10:00 AM - 2:15 PM (1.25 hours per day, sorted by age group) Dates: August 25th - 29th OFF-ICE SCHEDULE (all sessions at OHA- Penticton's Performance facility): Weeks 1 - 7 Time: 8am-9am or 5pm-6pm (registration choice) Dates: July 7th - August 21st Week 8 (Pre-Season Camp Included in Full Program) Time: 8:15 AM - 12:30 PM (1.25 hours per day, sorted by age group) Dates: August 25th - 29th WHAT TO EXPECT: Intake assessment using the latest performance technology, to determine areas of improvement Individualized off-ice programming to enhance your strengths and build upon your areas of improvement Personalized coaching in a semi-private setting On-ice technical skating and skill development
