If you are an Attending Parent/Adult Family Member, please register using this option. The fee helps cover insurance and camp expenses associated with your presence. Please note: One adult must register and remain onsite for each family with participating children under the age of 10. PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. ONE COMPLIMENTARY ROOM WITH TWO DOUBLE QUEEN BEDS IS INCLUDED FOR EACH FAMILY THE NIGHTS OF MAY 16, 17 AND 18 COURTESY OF ABILITY360 AT THE CROWNE PLAZA PHOENIX AIRPORT. SCHEDULE Check-in is at 7:30 am at Ability360 Sports both days. Camp hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday followed by 3 on 3 Cactus Classic Tournament play from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Camp hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Sunday followed by 5 on 5 Cactus Classic Tournament play from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Lunch is provided both days. Dinner is provided Saturday night at 5:30 pm.
