Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, April 10, 2025.
This class is a combination of stretching, core exercises and working all muscle groups. Most exercises are done on the floor and with music. Hopefully you will walk away feeling relaxed as well as strong. Men and women are welcome.
Drop-ins are welcome for $8.00 on the day of the class at the front desk. A Recreation pass is still required (an annual pass or $2 day pass)
No Class November 28th for Thanksgiving
