Join us at Washington Activity Center for our FREE World Music Dance & Cardio class for Ages 55 and up!
This NEW class presented by instructors from ArchWell Health features low impact follow-along dance aerobics, a fusion of music from around the world and classic dance hits from the 50's, 60's and 70's. Instructor designs and modifies the class on-the-fly for all fitness levels including use of chair and walkers. Come join the fun and go at your own pace!
