Garden-to-Table is for anyone who wants to learn more about the joys and benefits of fresh foods!
No cooking or gardening skills are required, and all class materials are provided. Classes are designed to empower participants to grow and source fresh foods, to experiment with new ways to use fresh produce, and to explore the many benefits of eating fresh, local foods.
Taught by a Registered Dietitian and a Master Gardener, these hands-on workshops will provide instruction and also all supplies for kits to take and use at home.
