We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, August 8, 2024.
Classes will be an hour long and will include a warm-up, stretching, martial arts techniques, sparring, games (depending on age), and discussion. Martial arts techniques include punches, kicks, blocks, take-downs, grappling, joint locks, breakfalls, and rolls. Discussions will occur throughout the class regarding martial arts history, scientific principles related to techniques, self-defense, character building, and leadership. Drop-In classes are available for $15.
