Description
Enhance your everyday movement by boosting your flexibility and balance a notch. Ground movement, warm-up exercises, and stretching are incorporated. Attire will be made up of comfortable and stretchable clothing, gym shoes, socks, and bare feet... there will be times when you need shoes, socks or be barefooted.
