Central Coast Judo would like to welcome both kids and adults from the community to come down to the dojo and become a part of our club. You will learn throwing, grappling, joint locks, control holds, immobilizing techniques & Judo competition skills. A variety of drills are used to reinforce the basic fundamentals of Judo and prepare judokas for competition. Judo is practiced on cushioned mats and emphasizes safety and full physical activity for top conditioning.
