Description
This comprehensive, 8-week course is designed to help achieve better health and wellness on your own schedule. The program offers a self-assessment tool to help you recognize body imbalances and work to correct them through 44 exercises focusing on building strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing the risk of injury. Coach Bev also guides students on proper posture and form to minimize weaknesses and improve overall body strength and well-being.Age Category
