The focus of this training class is to get you familiar with the triathlon swim transition area. Learn from Coach Bev how to master this pre-race walk all the way through the swim exit. We will practice the transition and how to get from the exit to the next event. If you practice it a few times, the route will crystallize in your mind, which will be helpful on race morning when your mind is overstimulated.
