Description
This class will help you stretch, strengthen and relax with your baby by your side.
Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesarean birth). Newborns to pre-crawlers, babies can arrive in strollers or car seats.
No class on September 30 and October 14, 2024.
