Take a week, or the whole summer, to hone these skills and take away practical tips for making the summer especially fruitful in mind and body. Become a man skilled in all ways of contending. He played basketball at The Catholic University of America. He was an Academic-All American and coach-appointed captain in his senior year on a conference champion team. He served as an assistant coach for varsity basketball for seven years at St. John's College High School, including the 2000 WCAC Championship team. In his years at SJC, he founded and directed the Student Athlete Training Camp. He was the freshman head coach for three years and JV head coach as well. He returned to CUA twice as an assistant to the men's basketball program, first in 2003 as Strength and Conditioning Coach, and again in 2013 as an assistant coach. He has served The Heights in several basketball coaching roles over the years.
