About This Activity
Class instruction is modified to suit differing ages and ability levels. Our theme changes each session so children frequently take this course multiple times before moving on to mixed level and/or level two. Classes offer aerial yoga instruction with lessons on mindfulness, social & emotional learning, empathy, self-awareness, stress-management and tools to manage today's social challenges so that students can be happy and mindful in school and life!
