About This Activity
This class will be teaching introductory-intermediate mindfulness and MIXED LEVEL aerial yoga. There will be beginner instruction for new students and more advanced poses for those that are more experienced. The more advanced poses will include inversions and flipping. Our classes offer aerial yoga instruction with lessons on mindfulness, social & emotional learning, empathy, self-awareness, stress-management and tools to manage today's social challenges so that students can be happy and mindful in school and life! Sessions are taught by Dr. Tracy, founder of Mindful Child Aerial Yoga and we limit our class size for optimal support and learning.
