Description
We're sorry, but online registration is not allowed for this activity. Please contact us during regular business hours for registration information.
Enjoy a children's book while you take a self-guided nature hike. Our July StoryWalk® is "Otters Love to Play," by Jonathan London and illustrated by Meilo So. A litter of baby river otters emerges from a den . . . to play! Follow the otters through the seasons as they chase one another, slide down a mudbank, jump in a pile of leaves, and learn to swim. Even while catching fish for their dinner or grooming themselves in the snow, otters love to play!
Join us for this fun, self-guided activity, which will start at the parking lot kiosk near the Visitor Center and end near the mill. No registration required. The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, Vermont, and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
