Your Style Ballroom Dance instruction is based on the cha-cha-cha dance step. Graceful dance movements build coordination, poise, better posture, and boosts metabolism while learning this dance. All ages and dance levels are welcome.
Your Style Ballroom Dance classes feature low-impact aerobic activities that are easy to learn, help to improve balance, and enhance memory skills. The dress attire is comfortable shoes and clothing. No tennis shoes or flip flops are recommended.
