Kids' Nature Yoga
Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on November 2, November 23, and December 7Ages 6 to 12 can stretch their way to fun with this recurring yoga practice based on forms found in nature. Our certified yoga instructor, Amanda, uses games, music, and kid-approved postures to create a class that is both energetic and relaxing.
