Beginning Tai Chi (10 week course)
Our Beginning Tai Chi class, led by instructor Pam Dunn, is an excellent opportunity for individuals to embark on a journey towards a healthier lifestyle. This class, which spans over 10 weeks, is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your Tai Chi skills, this class is the perfect way to start your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life. This class is only offered during the Summer and Winter seasons. Registrations closes to new participants after the 2nd class meeting.
Pre-registration is required to participate in this free group.
