Description
Yoga and Nature Play classes led by Angela Andiorio and Jaime Hartman (Heart and Goal, Inc.)This outdoor class will be active and fun for all ages. Families will be welcomed to the class and we'll open with a song and a warm-up, introduce some breathing and engaging yoga movements with a theme and finish with a nature-related craft, story of activity to end our session.
For kids + caregivers
When: Thursdays from 10:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Prospect Park (1352 Prospect Drive, Redlands, CA)
Cost: $20 per class (Caregiver + 1 child, each additional child $5/ class *children under 2 free)
