Experience the vibrance and richness of Thai cuisine with local cookbook author VC Tang who has facilitated Thai cultural events for over 20 years. Classes are based on classics like Pad Thai, Tom Yum, and coconut curries that will be paired with lesser known, but coveted dishes in Thai homes. We will cover shopping for hard-to-find ingredients along the Peninsula, recommended kitchen tools, and flavor notes.
