We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
This course covers Karate (kicking and punching), Jujitsu (grappling and body throws) as well as Escrima (weapons training). You will get a balanced approach to martial arts. Environment is friendly and emphasis is put on how to defend yourself. This is a safe fun way in which to learn self defense.
