Description
This intensive small group water class is an all-over cardiovascular, toning, and muscle conditioning class. The class takes place in both shallow and deep water. Small class sizes allow the instructor to give more individual attention to participants, utilize specialized equipment and help you achieve your fitness goals.
This is a 60 minute contract instructor class.
