Description
You must hold a currently valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification.
Prerequisites for the class are:
Continuously swim 150 yards using a combination of front crawl and/or breaststroke. Tread water for 2 min using only legs. Continuously swim 50 years using a combination of front crawl and/or breaststroke.
Complete a timed event:
-Swim 20 yards, surface dive up to 10 feet to retrieve a 10lb object, swim 20 yards on back to starting point while holding brick with both hands, exit water without using a ladder or steps.
This is a two day recertification class for American Red Cross certified lifeguards which includes lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid. This is a Blended Learning class. You will need to provide proof of a current certification and proof of online completion upon arrival. The certification lasts for two years from the date of completion.
