Description
Join Carilion Clinic for this wellness series. Classes will begin with body connection, where you will discover ways to ease discomfort, support better mood and energy, by adding simple movements into daily life. Followed by an hour of full plate living where you will learn how to adopt eating habits that work for YOU. Explore how adding fiber foods to your meals can lead to more energy, lower cholesterol, better blood sugar, and weight loss.
