Description
Ages 18 and older.
Need to relax? Want to reconnect with nature in a new way? Join an interpretive naturalist for this simple Japanese method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees. We will meet and learn a few tips then walk to the trail for guided mindful activities. Please dress for the weather. The meeting point will be emailed after registration. The program includes hiking on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain. Part of this program includes sitting on the ground (mats provided); please contact us at 815-722-9301 if you need a chair.
