Join us January 1, 2025, at this annual SELL OUT 5K open to runners and walkers on New Year's Day for our FIRST CHANCE 5K of the year. This year we are hosting in downtown Safety Harbor in an out and back fully paved 5K on the water's edge of beatiful downtown Safety Harbor, Check in and our post party is at Southen Fresh located at 122, 3rd Avenue North, Safety Harbor, FL 34695.
Check in opens at 9 a.m. Then at 9:45 Suzanne will walk you to our race start/finish line at the marina. You'll be timed by Race Splitter Timing and our post race party begins at 10 a.m. back at Souther Fresh with mimosa's, bloody Mary's, and fun trivia that will make you laugh all the way into the new year.
An email will be sent to all registrants the day before the 5K with your bib number assignment and arrival and parking instructions as we are permitted to host by the City of Safety Harbor.
Registration is open to the first 100 partiicipants. This means if your registration processes here on Active.com YOU ARE IN. If not please text 727-CAN-RACE to get on our waiting list. This is a very popular race for all New Year's Day enthusiasts and it's open to all ages and levels of ability. Register early to secure your space.
