Interested in healthy food, fun, and daily life? Our Healthy Living Series is coming back to offer tips on how to stay healthy. Drawing on the nutrition education of our own resident, Jordan Frink, we will be putting together an education series on ways to live healthier. Session topics will vary month to month and can include food demos, fitness practices, and household habits. Ready for a little fun neighborly competition? Come compete against your neighbors in this Jeopardy styles game show that will put your nutrition, health and fitness knowledge to the test! Plus, enjoy a healthy DIY snack while competing. Event is free for residents, registration via ActiveNet is required.
