Dear Swim Families,
We are offering WM once per week for 1.5 hours: 4:30 to 6:00pm, on Mondays (SENIORS), Tuesdays (JUNIORS), and Wednesdays (INTERMEDIATES). Summer swimmers may not swim train more than 2 hours per week in the Winter. Winter Maintenance is suitable for skilled and confident swimmers. All swimmers must be able to swim 50 meters (2 pool lengths) without assistance to register for this program. Please also keep in mind the duration of each session is 90 minutes, so swimmers should have the stamina to practice for this duration of time. This is not suitable for swimmers who are just learning to swim. We will offer Little Stingrays again in the Spring. We do not have the pool space and coach capacity to offer this in the Winter. The program will run from Nov 18 to Mar 12, 2024. Practices will not occur on stat holidays or during school closures (eg. Winter Break, Spring Break).
