Want to play Baja Rummy, meet friends and have fun? Baja Rummy is a variation of Canasta, similar to the Hand and Foot Card Game. Meetings will be weekly on Tuesday at 12:30pm-3:00pm. Don't worry if your new to the game or need a refresher, as all players will help other learn and improve their skills. A handout with instructions and rules will be available. Walk-ins are always welcome!If you would like a copy of instructions and rules to read before hand please reach out to the La Jolla Recreation Center.
We have volunteers that attend willing to teach beginners the ways of the game. This is a drop in program so feel free to participate the entire time, or drop in for an hour or two.
