Description
Enjoy two hours of serenity! Reduce stress and tension. Increase strength, flexibility, balance and inner harmony. Learn the foundation poses of yoga that will assist in developing their routine. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a blanket or towel. We have mats available for use. Yoga Instructor: Shelley Aanerud, Certified Ananda Yoga Instructor, E-RYT500.
*STUDENTS SHOULD NOT EAT 2-4 HOUR BEFORE CLASS.
