Come ready to dive into STEM design and engineering challenges! If you love to build and explore, this is the class for you. Students will use their creativity and imagination to design solutions for everyday life and fairy-tale characters. Discover what forces are at work around the themes of air, land and water. How can you create stability for moving and stationary objects? Belle Akers, Convent Elementary Grade 1 Faculty, embraces a STEM approach that opens doors for students to engage with materials and then design, test and improve their solutions. Belle presents STEM/STEAM workshops at local, state and national conferences.
