Grace Art and Wellness Program in collaboration with the CSJ Park Rangers will be hosting a guided hike through Alum Rock Park. Learn about the history of the park and fun facts about the natural beauty of the surroundings area. This is an inclusive program meant to help participants experience the healing and calming benefits of nature while creating community around those affected by mental illness.
